Payment System. When to pay for AstraFit fitting room? How to avoid disabling functionality of the fitting room?

Checkpoint # 1 - 5th day of the current month

What does it mean?

Monthly we will send you invoice and the payment should be made before the 5th day (of the current month).

 

Checkpoint # 2 - 10th day of the current month

What does it mean?

If the invoice will not be paid, for your convenience we will remind you and send a letter. During the day there will be an opportunity to pay. If the payment will not be made during 24 hours, the program automatically will include a functional limit.

 

Checkpoint # 3 - 1st day of next month

What does it mean?

If for some reason the invoice will not be paid, for your convenience we will definitely remind you and send a letter. During the day there will be an opportunity to pay. If payment will not be made, the program automatically will turn off its functionality.



* As soon as payment will be made, the functionality of the virtual fitting room will be turned on

* We are always ready to listen our customers. If you’ll have objective difficulties with payment, you can inform your manager about it. We are sure that we will find a way out of any situation!
